Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with House of Avatar. Since all our products are made to order, please review our shipping policy carefully.

Order Processing Time

All items are print-on-demand and made especially for you.

Processing time:

  • 2–3 business days for production
  • Orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding holidays)

Once your order is printed and prepared, it will be shipped.

Please note: Processing time is separate from shipping time.

Shipping Time Estimates

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

  • Standard Shipping: 2–5 days, depending on method and pincode.
  • Currently, we only offer delivery services within India. 

Shipping times are estimated and not guaranteed.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Delivery location
  • Package weight and size
  • Selected shipping method

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided:

  • We are not responsible for lost or undelivered packages.
  • If the package is returned to us, reshipping fees may apply.

Delays

Delivery may be delayed due to:

  • High order volume
  • Weather or natural disruptions
  • Courier or logistics issues

House of Avatar is not responsible for delays once the order has been handed over to the shipping carrier.

Lost, Stolen, or Marked as Delivered Packages

If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you did not receive your package:

  1. Check with neighbors or your building security
  2. Contact your local courier office

We are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after being marked as delivered.

If your package appears to be lost in transit, please contact us and we will assist in filing a claim with the carrier.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

  • Photos of the damaged product and packaging

We will arrange a replacement or refund as per our Refund Policy.
