Thank you for shopping with House Of Avatar. We prioritise customer satisfaction and product quality. Our return and refund policy ensures a seamless experience for our customers. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

Made-to-Order Items

All products sold by House Of Avatar are made to order (print on demand). Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect sizing, wrong color selection, or change of mind

We encourage customers to kindly review product descriptions and size charts carefully before placing an order.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing error, we’re happy to help.

To be eligible for a replacement or refund, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and provide:

  • Your order number
  • Unboxing video is mandatory
  • Clear photos showing the defective item or print defect
  • A brief description of the problem

Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will offer one of the following at no additional cost:

  • A replacement item, or
  • A full refund to your original payment method

Refunds Policy

  • Refunds are not provided for print-on-demand products unless the product is defective or misprinted.
  • If a refund is approved due to product damage or printing error, the refund will be processed and credited via the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to House of Avatar’s error.
  • Return and damaged products will be processed within 7 days.

Items Not Eligible for Returns (Non Defective Products)

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Incorrect size ordered by the customer
  • Incorrect color selected by the customer
  • Buyer’s remorse or change of mind
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Items damaged due to improper use or care

Sale Items

All items purchased on sale or with a discount code are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

  • House Of Avatar is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
  • If a package is returned due to an address issue, reshipping fees may apply.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking information shows that your order was delivered but you did not receive it:

  • Please check with your neighbors or your local carrier first.
  • House Of Avatar is not responsible for packages marked as delivered but lost or stolen after delivery.

Refund Processing Time

Once approved, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.
Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund to your account.

Important Notes:

  • Claims made after 7 days from the delivery date will not be entertained.
  • Refunds are not applicable for incorrect customer information leading to order failure.
  • If a dispute arises, House Of Avatar reserves the right to assess the situation and make the final decision.
