If you would like a personalized T-shirt, please contact us at alibrothersbond@gmail.com with the following details:

• Your design, logo, or text (if available)

• Preferred T-shirt color and size

• Quantity required

• Any special instructions

Our team will review your request and get back to you with availability, pricing, and production time.

Custom T-shirt pricing depends on:

• Design complexity

• Print size and placement (front, back, both)

• Quantity ordered

• T-shirt style and color

Once you share your requirements, we will provide a detailed price quote.

Custom orders typically take:

• Production time: 3–7 business days (depending on quantity and design approval)

• Shipping time: As per our standard shipping policy

Large or bulk orders may require additional production time.

Since all items are print-on-demand, orders go into production quickly. We can only modify or cancel your order if you contact us within 12 hours of placing it.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update.

We do our best to display accurate colors, but slight variations may occur due to screen settings and the printing process.

Please refer to the size chart available on each product page. If you’re between sizes, we recommend sizing up for a more comfortable fit.

Because our products are custom-made, we do not accept returns for incorrect size or change of mind.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos or unboxing video if possible. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

The standard delivery time after placing an order from House of Avatar is 2-5 days. Shipping times may vary depending on your location and courier services.
